Internet Pricing
The pricing shown on our web pages is current pricing (see note immediately below for Sprague and other High Pressure
Equipment (HiP) products).  Please also note our error policy below.

Sprague & HiP Pricing
For all Sprague and HiP products we are required by the manufacturer to show their List pricing on our website. You can
email us for a discounted pricing quote.

Resale Pricing / OEM Pricing / Volume Pricing
We do NOT offer resale (OEM) pricing, sorry.  We do offer volume pricing at levels as low as 3 or 4 units, depending on the
item being ordered.  Discount level is usually shown at the bottom of the individual shopping pages (or
email/call us).

Payment Policies

Prepayment Required
We do not sell on credit terms.  All orders must be prepaid or ship COD.  (Sorry, we run a "lean shop" and do not have the
man-power or desire to be checking everyone's credit rating or investing time and energy into payment collection.)

Credit Cards accepts credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. When using your
card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address. If the billing address does not
match the one on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot
support verification efforts we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We do accept PayPal and it is the simplest checkout method if you have a PayPal account.  During check-out, just select
PayPal for your Payment Method and you will be taken to the Paypal site so you can enter your PayPal password and select
your funding source.  You will then be automatically returned to for final order confirmation.

Checks & Money Orders
We also accept checks and money orders.  To pay with a check or money order: Complete the typical check-out
procedure.  When "credit card type" is requested during check-out, please select "Checks & Money Orders" from the drop-
down list.  Print and mail the final "Confirmation" page along with the payment to   Customers
whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $50.00 for handling in addition to the
amount of the check. (Let’s not go there!) If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be
responsible for all collection fees. (Let’s definitely not go there!)

Bank Wire Transfers
We accept bank wire transfers for payment in advance and we typically handle all international orders this way.

Please contact us if you need us to consider another payment option (email/call).

Shipping Policies

Shipping cost
Finding your shipping cost for US orders is easy.  Simply select an item(s) by clicking its "Order" button and use the
Shipping Calculator at the bottom of the first shopping cart page.  Select between ground and air shipment and click
"Estimate Shipping"  and the shipping cost will update to show your shipping charges.  For UPS over-weight orders the
calculator will not function and we will contact you with shipping charges during order processing.

Please note: Air shipments and shipments that are dimensionally large are calculated by "dimensional weight" which, in
some cases, may change the cost shown in the calculator.  In the event that this will increase your final cost,
we will notify
you before shipment

Please realize that selecting Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air does NOT guarantee shipment today.  The product you want
may not even be in stock so please confirm by email or phone if your requirement is that urgent.  We also need to have
orders earlier in the day to meet UPS Next Day Air deadlines.

International Orders
We do ship all over the world but our online shopping cart is not currently set up to handle non-USA orders. Please
contact us by email or phone regarding details for International orders.  Also please note that we have a US$45 export
processing fee on all international orders in addition to the freight charge.  We typically require international orders to be
paid in advance with a bank wire transfer (TT).

Order Status, Returns, Back Orders and Error Policies

Order Status Policies
Our policy is to contact you once by email to let you know that your order has been received and then to email you a
second time when it ships.  The second email will usually contain your tracking number as well as your invoice.  

Return Policy
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order.  We do our best to resolve issues in the manner
that is a good solution for both of us.  We can usually accept merchandise for return within 30 days of receipt but returns
must be pre-approved.  Some items require restocking fees and some special order items are not returnable.

Please also note that there may be a cancellation fee on some orders even if the cancellation occurs before shipment
(some orders are considered "specials" and once placed with the factory may incur fees for cancellation).

Credits or adjustments will be made on a per-case basis.

Backorder Policies
Our website will accept your order whether or not the items you select are in stock.  Order acknowledgement is not an
indication that your items are in stock.  Some items on our website are "factory specials" - they only get built after the order
is placed.

Website Error Policy
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We do our best on our site to be accurate but in the
case of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

Warranty Policies

Warranty Type
Our warranty policies vary by product.  Most of our products are covered by the manufacturer’s factory warranty which is
typically good for (1) year but in some cases is less.  If in doubt, please check with us before ordering.

Warranty Shipping Costs
If your product usage is within the United States the factory will sometimes pay to have the unit shipped to them for warranty
repairs and in most cases they will cover the shipping back to you.

BUT PLEASE NOTE - International clients must be aware that the shipping costs to and from your country are NOT covered
by most factory warranties.  Warranty shipping coverage is almost always restricted to the USA only.  In most cases
international clients will be required to cover the cost of shipment to and from the USA.

Privacy and Security Policy

Your Personal & Corporate information
When you place an order with, you will be asked for information that we need to complete that
order, such as: Name, Company, Address, Email address, Phone number and Credit Card Information.  We are very aware
that our customers are concerned about this personal or corporate information. We are too.

Our assurance to you is that we will only use your data to complete your orders and to communicate with you about those
orders.  We will not give, sell, trade or otherwise disclose your information to anyone else.  (A rare exception would be the
release of information when we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that such disclosure is warranted to cooperate with law
enforcement agencies.)  We maintain this same policy for information you give us about someone else, such as when you
have us drop ship an order to an address other than yours.  We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to
better design our website or to understand our customer’s needs, but we do not disclose individual or corporate information
in the process of doing that.

Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, the server we use has
in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect
online for completing your orders.

The order form pages for are served through a secure https connection using industry standard
SSL encryption.  Credit card information is encrypted when a buyer enters the credit card number in the web browser, when
it is sent to the server, and finally when it is accessed for filling of the order.

Our Host Company’s Policy
This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo* hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Yahoo automatically
collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through Yahoo!
Shopping, Yahoo also automatically collects information about your shopping experience. Please see the Yahoo Privacy
Policy for more information about how Yahoo uses this information.
