Serial Number Note:


For all pumps with a ratio of 34:1 or
greater you must check your Serial
number before ordering kits.  If the
Serial number is 400 or higher (made
after September 2000) order the kits
above ending in -1.  Otherwise, for older
pumps, order the kits directly to the left
(lighter color background,).

You can buy a complete replacement air
module for your pump or just a rebuild kit to
repair your existing module.
Sprague 4SK333, P4 Separator Kit, 333:1 $395.00
Use a separation kit to modify your existing
pump to the separated version or to rebuild
your separation seal.
Kits to the left contain the parts need
to rebuild the liquid side of a single
ended P4 Series pump.  If you have a
double ended pump you will need (2)
kits, assuming you intend to rebuild
both sides.

If you prefer to replace the whole fluid
unit of your pump, then order a
complete Liquid Module (below).

To rebuild the air side of the pump
order an Air Module Repair Kit (below).

The Air Control Kit is an air preparation
unit used to filter the compressed air
coming to the unit and to regulate the
pressure.  It consists of a filter, regulator,
gauge and shut-off valve.

The Fluid Control Kit is for the high
pressure outlet side of the liquid module.  It
consists of a manifold, gauge and bleed
valve and is used to determine/regulate
fluid outlet pressure.

Repair Kits (to rebuild either the air side or the liquid side of
your pump), complete Air Modules or Liquid Modules (to
completely replace either side of your pump), Separation Kits,
Air Control Kits, and Fluid Control Kits.

If you want to rebuild your complete pump then order both an
Air Module Repair Kit and a Liquid Module Repair Kit.  Order
(2) liquid kits if you have a double ended pump and are
rebuilding both sides.
